ARTICLE 1 – ORGANIZING COMPANY

The company PrimeVoices, with a capital of 40,000 euros, whose registered office is located at 5 Allée des Chevreuils 69380 LISSIEU, registered in the Trade and Companies Registry of Lyon under number 433917234, hereinafter referred to as “the Organizing Company”, is organizing a game entitled “Back to Fall”, hereinafter referred to as the “GAME”.

ARTICLE 2 – DURATION

The CONTEST is open from 09/27/2022 (00:00) to 10/28/2022 (23:59) inclusive.

ARTICLE 3 – TERMS OF PARTICIPATION

The “Back to Fall” game is an internal participation open to Prime Group customers as well as its employees who meet the following cumulative conditions on the start date of the GAME and throughout its duration defined above (hereinafter, the “Participants “): – The GAME is free. No action is required from Entrants to enter the CONTEST. The Organizing Company reserves the right to postpone, modify, cancel, shorten, extend or renew the GAME. In any case, the responsibility of the Organizing Company may not be engaged in any case.

ARTICLE 4 – PRINCIPLE OF THE GAME

Participants are classified into two groups:

Loyalty Prime Customers: they will have to complete, in a limited time, the puzzle sent by the Prime Group mailing and recommend our services to other customers called “new customers”. However, the request of the so-called “new client” must be successful: the request must conclude with a quote and result in the commissioning of a specific project to Prime. Only by fulfilling this condition will the customer who sponsors a new third customer be able to benefit from the 20% discount offer.

ARTICLE 5 – ACCEPTANCE OF THE REGULATION

Participation in the GAME implies unconditional acceptance of these rules. Failure to comply with the participation conditions established in these bases will result in the nullity of the participation.
